PolicyLink is meant for insurance agencies to collect current policy details for quoting. If a link or message claiming to be PolicyLink looks wrong, you can report it to us. We review reports and can disable abusive links or follow up with the agency.
What to report
Send a report if you believe a PolicyLink or a message that links to one is being used to steal information, impersonate an agency, harvest carrier credentials, spread malware, harass someone, or otherwise break the law or our Acceptable Use policy.
- The full URL of the PolicyLink or page
- What happened and when (include screenshots if you have them)
- Any email, text, or ad that pointed you to the link
- Whether a carrier login or MeasureOne widget was involved
- Your contact email if you want a follow-up

Email the address below. That same inbox is used for security reports and misuse reports on PolicyLink.
What happens next
We will review the report and take action we believe is appropriate, which may include contacting the agency, disabling a link, or involving law enforcement. We may not be able to share the outcome of every report when doing so would affect an investigation or another person's privacy.
