About PolicyLink

PolicyLink is the public, customer-facing policy-import product from RiskAdvisor. Independent insurance agencies use it to gather current coverage details from people who already have insurance, without exposing internal agent tools.
What PolicyLink is
PolicyLink gives an agency a public URL a customer can open to import current policy information. The customer submits those details; the agency uses them to quote and service. The domain exists to host those links and to explain the product in public.
PolicyLink is not an insurance company, a carrier portal, or a consumer marketplace. It does not bind coverage.
How insurance agencies use it
Agencies share a PolicyLink when they want current policy details instead of a blank quote form. Typical uses include requotes, coverage comparisons, and gathering enough information for an agent to follow up.
- Share a branded PolicyLink URL with a customer
- Offer Import Your Insurance as an optional path on a QuoteForm
- Receive current policy details so agents can quote and service
Import Your Insurance on QuoteForms
Some agencies enable Import Your Insurance on a QuoteForm. That path opens PolicyLink so the customer can import current coverage instead of typing everything by hand. The QuoteForm still belongs to the agency; PolicyLink is the import step.
Who operates PolicyLink
RiskAdvisor, Inc operates PolicyLink as part of the RiskAdvisor services. Agency subscriptions, billing, and the agent application are governed by the RiskAdvisor Terms of Service Agreement. This site explains the public import product for customers, agencies, and reputation reviewers.
